Innovation credit for large-scale use of material passports
British Land, one of the UK's largest property development and investment companies, has received an innovation credit from Building Research Establishment (BRE) for the first large-scale use of material passports in the 1Broadgate-project.
This will allow British Land to keep track of the materials used during the construction of the building, so that by the end of the project they will have obtained valuable insights that will facilitate possible reuse in the future. A fantastic development!
